Through career vouchers (Loopbaancheques), employees and self-employed people can follow individual career coaching at YourCoach in an affordable way. In total, you can apply for 2 career vouchers for a maximum of seven hours of career coaching over a period of six years. Career vouchers can be ordered with the VDAB and cost 40 euros each.

YourCoach is certified as a training provider for the system of Flemish training vouchers (Opleidingscheques). As a result of an amended decree of the Flemish Government, you can only use training vouchers if the program you are following is included in a personal training plan (POP) within the framework of career guidance. In this case, you need to have a certificate completed by the career counselor and hand it over to your coach to be signed.

MCC is a standard for professional coaches awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). ICF is the largest international organisation for coaches, and about the only one to issue a globally valuable certificate. The MCC certificate is the highest certificate issued by the ICF. It is for coaches who can present more than 2500 paid practice hours and 200 hours of training.
